In what format will I receive my files?

All finalized logo files will be sent in JPG, PNG, PDF and EPS (if requested). Any other marketing material will be sent as JPEG files. PSD files can be requested.

How do I get started with payment?

All projects under $500 must be paid in full in order for our team to began working on your project. Any project over $500 requires a non-refundable 50% deposit before project can began its creative process. Remaining final balance shall be paid upon finalization of project, before web design is released to owner and before any print work is sent off to production (printing and shipping). Special payment plans can be issued upon request only. All projects can be paid with any major credit/debit card via our online invoicing system. When you are ready to get started, provide your email address so an invoice can be sent directly to you. 

What is your turn around time?

Our standard turnaround time for digital designs are up to 21 business days. Web design can take up to 5 weeks for completion. All branding packages can take anywhere from 2-8 weeks depending on how fast you [the client] provides all content for the services apart of the package. Rush fees are permitted for faster turnaround service. If turnaround time has to be extended, we will inform you via email.

How do I keep in contact with your staff during this process?

For security reasons on both our (Luxx Media Group, LLC) end and the clients (“you”) end, we strongly advise all communication to be via email. This is to ensure we both know exactly verbatim what is going on with your project. Phone calls are accepted but will still need to be documented via email which is why it is highly recommend. Skype/Facetime calls are accepted by appointment only.

How long do I have to get started before I need my project?

All projects should be requested at least 2-5 weeks before deadline to ensure your project will be done on time. We began booking projects up to 2 months prior to current month.

Do I own my logo after it is complete?

Yes! You own all copies of your logo except the PSD or AI file, those files are solely property of Luxx Media Group, LLC. If for any reason you need those files for a printer/manufacturer, we will send the files to them personally please just provide the contact information.

What hosting platform does LMG use?

Over 85% of all websites are created and loaded onto the #1 e-commerce solution Shopify. Shopify plans start at $29/per month. WordPress sites are designed by request only. Once Shopify sites are completed and final payment is made, we transfer the account to your full ownership where you can access the entire backend of your website.

 
Text Logo vs Image Logo

Text based logos are an unlimited font only based logo that can include characters such as a hashtag or exclamation point (i.e. FedEx, Sony, Marvel). Image logos have a graphic incorporated along with an unlimited font choice (i.e. Starbucks, Wendy’s, BMW).

 
How many proofs come with my design?

All logo projects are presented with 2-4 proofs to choose from. Only 2 revisions are included in all digital designs. Anything after 2 revisions results in an additional changing fee. Web projects receive 1 revision and anything after results in additional changing fee.

Can I replace items in my package?

Yes! You certainly can as long as it is the same or close in value, there is no problem with swamping out services. For example, if you already have a custom logo but still want the Luxx package you can add an additional social media ad or 500/1000 hang tags or flyers instead of the 250.
